The schools of Kerala will reopen on 3rd June
സ്കൂൾ തുറക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് ചെയ്യേണ്ട കാര്യങ്ങൾ
The schools of Kerala will reopen after the summer holidays in June. All students upto class 8 were promoted to the next higher class. They will be very happy to attend the school on the reopening day. As the new academic year is very special to all students under 14, due to the implementation of the RTE Act, the school authorities should take extreme care to make sure that the provisions of the ACT is not violated from day 1 onwards.
Infrastructure
The school building is to be physically verified by the authorised Civil engineer from the Local self government before the reopening to make sure that the building is fit for conducting classes.The fitness certificate obtained from him is to be produced in this office within one week of reopening. All the maintenance should be completed before that date.
Cleaning
The premises of the school will not be clean as the school is closed for last 2 months.It is the duty of the school authorities to clean the school compound,each classrooms,the toilets and the kitchen.The cleaning process will be directly supervised by the Headmaster.The PTA should monitor all the pre opening preparations.
Pravesanolsavam
The Pravesanolsavam should be conducted in a colourful manner.The PTA executive, SMC, and the staff should plan the first day activities.The LSG and sub district level Pravesanolsavams also should be conducted well.
Toilets
Separate urinal in 1:40 ratio and toilet in 1:120 ratio should be compulsory for boys and girls
The trees
The branches of trees which may fall to any building, is to be Cut and removed
Midday meal
The midday meal should be supplied from day 1 onwards.
The age of admission to class 1
The age of admission to class 1 is between 5 and 6. No "condonation" is available this year.

എന്ന പുസ്തകത്തിന്റെ CD download ചെയ്തു കുട്ടികൾക്ക് കാണിച്ചുകൊടുക്കണം .
പഠനാനുബന്ധ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളും ശാരീരിക മാനസിക ആരോഗ്യ ക്ലാസ്സുകളും
രക്ഷിതാക്കളുടെ പങ്കാളിത്തത്തോടെ ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്തു നടപ്പിലാക്കണം

then down load the excel sheet, "Model survey format for uploading details and Aadhar numbers in the Govt. Department Data Base of DBT " and prepare all the schoarship beneficiaries lists of your school and include their Aadhar no and bank account details as per the proforma and send immediately to aeokollengode@gmail.com by email.

AEOക്ക് റിപ്പോർട്ട് നല്കുന്ന
ദിവസം സ്കൂളിലുള്ള കുട്ടികളുടെ എണ്ണവും വിശദാംശവുമാണ് ഹെഡ് മാസ്റ്റർ
ഓണ്ലൈനിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടത് . ആറാം പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസത്തെയല്ല .UID ലഭിക്കാത്ത കുട്ടികൾ ആ സ്കൂളിലെതാണെന്ന് HM സത്യവാങ്ങ്മൂലം (Affidavit ) നല്കണം . (declaration അല്ല )

വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ അവകാശനിയമം ഉത്തരവായി
സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ അവകാശനിയമം
പ്രാബല്യത്തിലായി. ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരവ്
പറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു. ഉത്തരവിന്റെ വിശദാംശങ്ങള്.
2013-14 അധ്യയന വര്ഷം മുതല് പ്രാബല്യം.- ഒന്നാം ക്ലാസില് ചേരുന്നതിനുള്ള പ്രായപരിധി അഞ്ച് വയസായിരിക്കും.കേരളത്തില് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ അവകാശനിയമത്തിന് കീഴില് അഞ്ച് മുതല് പതിനാല് വയസു വരെ സൗജന്യവും നിര്ബന്ധിതവുമായ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുന്നു.
- പുതിയ നിയമത്തിന് കീഴില് അഞ്ചാം ക്ലാസ് എല് പിയുടെയും എട്ടാം ക്ലാസ് യു പിയുടെയും ഭാഗമാകുമെങ്കിലും കേരളത്തിലെ പ്രത്യേകസാഹചര്യങ്ങള് കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് നിലവിലുള്ള രീതി തുടരും. അഞ്ച് മുതല് യു പി വിഭാഗം പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുന്ന സ്കൂളുകള് ഇനി മുതല് ലോവര് പ്രൈമറി & അപ്പര് പ്രൈമറി എന്നും ഹൈസ്കൂള് വിഭാഗം മാത്രമുള്ള സ്കൂളുകള് അപ്പര് പ്രൈമറി& ഹൈസ്കൂള് എന്നും പുനര്നാമകരണം ചെയ്യും. ഇത്തരം സ്കൂളുകള് കണ്ടെത്തി പൊതു വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഡയറക്ടര് അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്. എന്നാല് പുതിയ പോസ്റ്റുകളോ ഡിവിഷനുകളോ പേരില് വന്ന മാറ്റത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില് അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
- അധ്യാപക വിദ്യാര്ഥി അനുപാതം എല് പി സ്കൂളുകളില് (ഒന്ന് മുതല് അഞ്ച് വരെ) 1:30 -ഉം യു.പി വിഭാഗത്തില് (ആറ് മുതല് എട്ട് വരെ) 1:35 -ഉം ആയിരിക്കും. ഇത് ആകെ കുട്ടികളുടെ എണ്ണത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലായിരിക്കും ഡിവിഷനുകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാവില്ല നിര്ണയിക്കുന്നത്.
